CHILD CARE LEAVE (CCL) IN RESPECT OF CENTRAL GOVT. EMPLOYEES.

I am directed to refer to this office letter of even number dated
15.6.2011 on the subject mentioned above and to say that Unions, in the
meeting with Secretary (Posts) on 10.1.2012 and 12.1.2012, pointed out
that the instructions issued vide ibid letter are not being followed
strictly.
It is, therefore, again requested to please ensure that the cases of
grant of Child Care Leave are liberally dealt with as per the
instructions of Government of India as mentioned in the letter referred
to above.
