Coaching camp & participation of Circle Volleyball team in the All
India Tournament for the year 2012-2013 .

It has been decided to hold the Circle Volleyball
Coaching camp from 27.01. 2013 to 30.01.2013 at Kendrapara Town High School Campus.
The following players are selected
to remain attach in the Coaching camp and after completion of camp they will
proceed to Kolkata to participate in the
27th All India Postal Volleyball Tournament at Kolkata from 01.02.2013 to 04.01.2013.

Special
C.L. of all the players may be granted from 27.01.2013 to 04.01.2013 plus
actual journey time from Kolkata to their respective headquarter. After
completion of the camp team will move
for All India Postal Volleyball Tournament at Kolkata. During Camp participants
are directed to attend ground morning and afternoon daily. Volleyball coach
will impart coaching to our team. An attendance sheet will be maintained by
Debabrata Mohanty , Coach of the team. Absent & late attendance of the
players will be viewed seriously.
All
expenses for coaching camp & team participation in All India Tournament
will be borne by the participants, which will be reimbursed after receipt of
Additional Annual Grant of Directorate.
All
the players those who have already issued Identity Card must bring the I. Card at the time of camp. Keeping in view of
the arrangement all above players are directed to attend the camp with their
full kits and bedding so that they will accompany the team directly after
completion of camp to the 27th All India Postal Volleyball Tournament.
Sri
Debabrata Mohanty, OS Cash, Jajpur HO is requested to kindly arrange Accommodation
for outstation participants.
