Part-I
In
pursuance to CO Memo No.- ST/2-4(3)/2011/Ch-I dated 21.02.2013 the PMG,
Berhampur Region is pleased to order the posting of the following
ASPOs who have been promoted to the cadre of PS-Group-B purely on
temporary and adhoc basis and allotted to Berhampur Region in the pay
scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- (Pay Band-2) with Grade Pay-4800/- with effect
from the date of assumption of charge until further orders, as
mentioned below:

NB: -
Sri Sanatan Modi, SSPOs, Koraput Division is proceeding on leave w.e.f
25.02.2013 to 28.02.2013 vide RO, Berhampur letter no.
ST/3-141/2011dated 21.02.2013 and the post of SSPOs, Koraput Division is
being down graded.
The
adhoc promotion will continue for a period of 11 (eleven) months from
the date of assumption of charge or till order/posting of regular PS-
Group B officer whichever is earlier. Further, after completion of 11
months, this adhoc arrangement shall automatically lapse.
The
adhoc promotion does not confer any claim for permanent absorption or
seniority in the PS-Group-B cadre and the officer shall be reverted to
ASPOs cadre at any time without assigning any reason.
This order issued to have immediate effect.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned.
Part-II
Sri
Banamali Patra, ASP(HQ), Berhampur Division, who has been promoted to
PS-Group-B cadre on temporary and adhoc basis and posted as Supdt. ,
CSD, Bhubaneswar be relieved on office arrangement and direct him to join his new assignment with immediate effect.
