Sub-
DPC for filling up of the Posts of MTS under 25% quota vacancies from
casual labourers failing which by Selection Cum Seniority form GDS for
the year 2009.
I
am directed to request you to attend Conference Hall, Circle Office ,
Bhubaneswar at 1000Hrs on 23.07.2013 with the following records
pertaining to your Division for the above purpose positively.
1. List
of eligible casual labourers i.e Casual labourers conferred with
Temporary Status, Casual labourers engaged on or before 1-9-1993
working for eight full hours in a day, part time casual labourers
engaged on or before 1-9-1993 along with their appointment files and
records.
2. In
addition to above, SPOs Cuttack North Division, SSPOs Puri Division and
SSRM N Division Cuttack are specially requested to bring,
(i) List
of GDS officials who are coming next for promotion to the cadre
of MTS on the basis of Selection Cum Seniority in their
Divisions along with their Disc/Vig Clearance Certificate and
recommendation of the Appointing Authority.
(ii) The Seniority list of GDS officials of their Divisions.
(iii) Any other relevant records for the DPC of GDS for promotion on the basis of Selection Cum Seniority.
