Circle Volleyball Coaching camp & participation of Circle Volleyball
team in the All India Tournament for the year 2013-14.

It has been decided to hold
the Circle Volleyball Coaching camp from 18.08.2013 to 24.08.2013 at
Reserve Police Ground, Cuttack.
The following players are selected to remain attach in
the Coaching camp and after completion of camp they will proceed to
Gandhinagar(Gujarat) to participate in the 28th All India
Postal Volleyball Tournament at Gujurat from 27.08.2013 to 30.08.2013.

Prior to participation of our circle team in the All India Postal
Tournament, it has been decided to organize a group practice/ coaching camp at Reserve
Police Ground, Cuttack from 18.08.2013 to 24.08.2013. Daily practice will be
held from 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 PM and 2.00 PM to 6.00 PM. Shri Debabrata Mohanty,
OS Cash, Jajpur HO will be the coach-cum-manager & in-charge of the camp.
He is requested to kindly arrange Accommodation for outstation participants in
the Recreation Club, Cuttack GPO. An attendance sheet will be maintained by
Shri Debabrata Mohanty.
All out station players are directed to attend coaching
camp with their bedding, playing kits so that they can accompany the
team directly. No player will allowed to leave the camp at any point of time
with plea to bring their bedding and playing kits. After completion
of camp on 24.08.2013, Circle team will move for Gandhinagar along with
the team Manager.
For Coaching camp &
participation in All India Tournament, period of absence of all officials
including journey time for this purpose shall be treated as on duty and they
are entitled to draw T.A./ D.A. as admissible under rule.
All the players those who have
already issued Identity Card must bring the I. Card at the time of camp.
All are requested to maintain
perfect discipline during camp and All India venue as well.
