In pursuance of C.O, Bhubaneswar Memo No. ST/26-26/2010 dated 15.07.2011 communicated under RO, Berhampur (Gm) Memo No ST/12-78/2011 dated 21.07.2011, the following Postal Assistants promoted to Grade-I Postmasters on their allotment to Berhampur Region who have qualified in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to the cadre of Postmaster Gr.I held on 12.06.2011 communicated vide Directorate letter No. A-34012/03/2011-DE dated 30.06.2011, are hereby posted in the post as noted against each in the scale of pay of  Rs.5200-20200 in ( PB-1) with Grade Pay of  Rs.2800/- with immediate effect. They should assume the charge immediately.

Part-II

The posting of Shri K C Nayak, Postmaster, Malkangiri MDG under orders of transfer to Gunupur vide this office memo no. B1/LSG/2010-11 dated 16.06.2011 is modified and Shri Nayak is posted as SPM, Umarkote S.O. The modification of transfer is made on the request of the official concerned. The officials may exercise their options choosing the date of fixation of their pay under FR-22 (1) (a)(i) within a month from the date of promotion. The officials already given financial up gradation under MACPs scheme are not eligible for benefit of fixation of pay by virtue of their promotion. Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned immediately.
