Dear Comrades,
The minutes of the monthly union meeting of the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Koraput Division Jeypore(K) with the Representatives of AIPEU Group-'C', Postman & Group-'D' and GDS unions held on 27.08.2010. is furnished below for information to all concerned. All out efforts are being continuously made to bring the problems of employees of our Division to the notice of the SSPOs, so that necessary steps can be done at his end to solve the said problems. All comrades who are facing any difficulties and want to bring to the notice of Divisional Secretary are requested to send their grievances in written within 11th September, 2010 by post to the Divisional Secretary concerned or by email to aipeukoraputdivision@gmail.com, so that those will be included in the next agenda and will be submitted to the SSPOs for taking further action at their end. Thank you all for your consistent encouragement towards implementing new ideas for better functioning of Divisional union. Your constructive opinions and suggestions are always welcome to make it more effective.
