Sub- Non-sanction of TA bills in Aska & Koraput divisions on the plea of paucity of funds- request for allocation of funds under the head for their immediate liquidation-reg.
Ref- This Union’s letter of even number dated 17-10-2015 through E-mail and subsequent reminders.
Respected Sir/Madam,
The above letters on the matter were neither acknowledged nor suitably replied, which causes a concern. The TA bills of both the divisions are pending from 2012-13 onwards.
Transfers, deputations & training programmes are frequently done for which sanction of TA bills are badly required and update sanction & disposal of pending TA bills is also highly necessary.
It is requested for allocation of funds to above two divisions for disposal of long pending bills.
