Sub- Non-grant of tour advances to the newly recruited PAs of Koraput division, who have been ordered to join in induction training programme at PTC, Darabhanga recently- request for kind intervention for grant of advance to them.
Respected Madam,
It has bee reported that TA advances have not been granted to newly recruited PAs of Koraput Division, who have been ordered to join in the induction training classes within 2 to 3 days. Huge expenditure for such to & fro to attend the training is required and it is matter of denial of justice to make such heavy expenditure from their own pockets in quite contravention of Rules in this connection.
Therefore, it is appealed for kind intervention in to such sensitive issue and kindly issue instructions to SPOs, Koraput division for payment of admissible TA advances to them to preserve natural justice, also implementation Directorate guidelines in this connection.
