A copy of the Directorate letter bearing No.71-03/2014-BD&MD dtd.03.02.2014
on the above subject is sent herewith for information, guidance and necessary
action at your end.
I am directed to request you to do the needful at your end for opening of PRS
facility at the approved PO in consultation with Regional Railway Authority as
the Directorate has already approved the same through referred Directorate
letter.
On completion of process, it
is requested to display the boards at PRS centres and contact educational
institutions, govt. offices and dignitaries of locality for public awareness of
availability of PRS facility at the Post office, which will enable us to
achieve the monthly target fixed by Directorate from time to time.
