The e-mail in original of referred letter above on the
subject from Dy.Director,
Staff Selection Commission, Eastern Region, Kolkata-20 along with all its
enclosures is forwarded herewith for information,
guidance and taking necessary action at your end in respect of your
Unit/Division.
It is to intimate that the
Staff Selection Commission is going to conduct the above examination on 16.02.2014(Sunday) and 23.01.2014 (Sunday) in two shifts in identified centres as per
the enclosure list of centre in Orissa at all venues. The names and
contact number of officers’ in-charge of the concerned Post Offices on the day
of Examination should be intimated through e-mail (contact @ sscer.org) to
Staff Selection Commission, Kolkata under intimation to this office.
I am directed to request to issue suitable
instructions to all concerned staff at all levels to follow the guidelines
contained in the letter on the subject and make necessary arrangement for opening of
Hos/GPOs of Identified Centres from
12.00 noon to 8.00 PM so as to enable the venue Supervisor to dispatch the
examination materials to Commission’s Headquarters at New Delhi and Regional
Office, Kolkata by insured Speed Post on the day of the examination 16.02.2014(Sunday)
and 23.02.2014(Sunday) itself under Book Now Pay Later
(BNPL) system.
It is also requested to send the details of extra
expenditure incurred for making special arrangement in this regard supported
by bills/vouchers for enabling this office to send a consolidated statement
on expenditure to CPMG, Delhi Circle to claim the same from Staff Selection Commission. While preparing details of expenditure care
should be taken to ensure that no expense including establishment cost at all
levels up to Division is left out.
