Sub: Arrangement against the vacant post of Inspector of Posts, IP (Planning), O/o PMG, Berhampur Region and other vacant IP Posts.
In pursuance of Regional Office, Berhampur Letter No. ST/11-20/2011/Ch-I dated 02.06.2016, the following posts of IPOs under Berhampur Region are lying vacant. It is decided to fill up the said posts on temporary and adhoc basis for a period of Six months or until approved official of IPO cadre is made available whichever is earlier. The willing Postal assistants who are eligible to appear IPO examination may apply for the post.
Please therefore, obtain and forward willingness of PAs in the enclosed proforma duly verified through concerned Head Office so as to reach this office on or before 16.06.2016 positively.
