Posting order of ASPOs Hqr and ASPOs OD issued by the PMG, Berhampur for Koraput Division

Part-I

In pursuance of C.O. memo No.ST/24-15(1)/2012 dated 15.04.2013, the Postmaster General, Berhampur Region is pleased to order the posting of the following IPs who have been promoted to the cadre of ASPOs on regular basis and allotted to Berhampur Region in the pay scale of Rs.- 9300-34800 (PB-II with grade pay of Rs.-4600) with effect from the date of assumption of charge until further orders, as mentioned below:

Shri Rajkishore Maharana is not entitled for TA/TP as the transfer has been made at his own request.

The above mentioned officers promoted to ASP cadre on regular basis may exercise their options, if any, for fixation of pay under FR-22(1) (a) (1) within one month from the date of assumption of their charge.

It should be ensured that no disc. /Vigilance case is pending or punishment current against the officer before giving effect to this order.

Relevant charge reports may be issued to all concerned in due course.

Part-II

In pursuance of CO memo No. - ST/24-15(3)/2012 dated 16.04.2013, the Postmaster General, Berhampur Region is pleased to order the posting of the following IPs who have been promoted to the cadre of ASPOs purely on adhoc basis and allotted to Berhampur Region in the pay scale of Rs.- 9300-34800 (PB-II with grade pay of Rs.-4600) with effect from the date of assumption of charge until further orders, as mentioned below:

The adhoc promotion will continue for a period of 11 (eleven) months from the date of assumption of charge or till order/posting of regular ASPOs whichever is earlier. Further, after completion of 11 months, this adhoc arrangement shall automatically lapse.

The adhoc promotion does not confer any claim for permanent absorption or seniority in the ASPOs cadre and the officer shall be reverted to IP cadre at any time without assigning any reason.

It should be ensured that no disc. /Vigilance case is pending or punishment current against the officer before giving effect to this order.

Relevant charge reports may be issued to all concerned in due course.

Part-III

In pursuance of CO memo No. - ST/24-15(2)/2012 dated 16.04.2013, the Postmaster General, Berhampur Region is pleased to order the posting of the following ASP who has been approved for inter-region transfer and allotted to Berhampur Region with immediate effect until further orders as mentioned below:
