                    In partial modification of this office letter of even number dated 1.10.2013, the programme fixed for 28th and 29^th November 2013 for conducting 28^th Odisha Circle Postal Cultural Meet for the year 2013 has been reschedule to 15^th and 16^th November 2013 respectively as due to All India Meet to be held from 13.12.2013 to 17.12.2013 .

                       This is in pursuance with C.O letter no. S.Cell/1-17/2012-13 dated 10.10.2013.
