Dear Comrades,
1. As you are aware many of the
C-O-Cs and affiliated organisations are not giving timely intimation to the
Confederation CHQ regarding the change in their address and also the details of
the present Postal address with Pin code. As a result many letters are returned
to the sender by the Postal department. We have made sincere effort to update
the mailing list of Confederation CHQ. Still, it is felt that the address of
many important organizations are missing in the mailing list. Without an
updated mailing list it is impossible to communicate with the C-O-Cs and
Affiliated organizations.
We are exhibiting with this
circular a copy of the available updated mailing list of the Confederation CHQ
(with updated address upto 20.10.2013) in the website. I request you to go
through the addresses in the list and furnish the Name and full address of
those C-O-Cs and Affiliated organizations to be included in the list either by
email or by post. Please furnish the mobile number and E-mail ID also, if
available. This may please be treated as most urgent/important.
2. As you are aware, the All India Trade Union Education Camp of the
Confederation will be held at Mumbai on 15th & 16th
November 2013. A big amount is required to meet all expenses and hence the
Reception committee has decided to raise funds by publishing a souvenir and
collecting advertisements. I am enclosing herewith a few copies of the advertisement
tariff and order form. Please collect maximum advertisement (not less than two)
and send it to the C-O-C Mumbai before 06.11.2013.
3. All affiliated organizations
are also requested to contribute one advertisement in their organisation’s
name, so that the financial burden of the Receiption Committee can be reduced
further.
