          This is our great pleasure to inform you that the All India Postal Cricket Tournament will be held at Cuttack & Bhubaneswar from 14^th to 18^th Feb 2013. The inauguration ceremony for the above tournament will be held at Railway Stadium, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar at 08.30 AM on 14^th Feb 2013 & the closing ceremony will be held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack at 07.30 PM on 18^th Feb 2013.
