Sub:     Induction Training for Inspector Posts (Deptl.) to be held from 04.03.2013 to 01.06.2013  (13 weeks) at PTC, Mysore.

In pursuance to the C.O. letter No. ST/20-9/2012-Trg dated 07.02.2013, I am directed to intimate that the following officials declared qualified in the Inspector of Posts Examination for the year 2012 and posted as Inspector of Posts in Odisha Circle have been directed to undergo “IP Induction Training for Departmental Officials” to be held from 04.03.2013 to 01.06.2013 at PTC, Mysore.

1.         Ms Swagatika Palo, IP, Digapahandi Sub-Division.
2.         Sh Chakradhar Naik, IP, Rayagada Sub-Division.

The Officers are required to report to PTC, Mysore by 03.03.2013 (A/N) between 03.30PM to 07.00PM for registration formalities. Trainees reporting in the forenoon of 04.03.2013 will not be admitted to the training. Stay in PTC, Hostel is compulsory. No leave will be granted to the trainees during training period of 13weeks. The trainees are required to bring three recent passport / stamp size colour photographs and approximately Rs. 14966/- towards payment for admission & PT uniform etc. In addition to above, the trainees are required to take one pair of black/brown shoes with socks and tie.
 The instructions for trainees and general information about PTC, Mysore enclosed herewith may be supplied to the trainees well in advance and they should go through these instructions / information before proceeding for training.
It is the responsibility of the Divisional Heads to relieve the concerned officers well in time so as to enable them to attend the training without fail. It may also be noted that avoidance of training in any pretext like submission of medical unfit certificate shall be treated as willful disobedience of order and render such official liable for disciplinary action as the training is mandatory for all the new recruits.
