A Web Portal for
Project Arrow has been developed so that objectives and deliverables of the
project are widely disseminated in the public domain and a proper channel is
put in place for receiving feedback from stakeholders i.e. post office
customers and the staff members. This interactive interface will facilitate in
getting feedback and suggestions from customers across the country which will
be vital inputs for further improving both the core operations and the ‘Look
and Feel’ of Project Arrow Post Offices.
The URL for web portal is http://indiapostarrow.gov.in A User’s
operations guide is attached. User IDs for
Phase-1 to Phase-2 Post Offices have also been created and circulated vide this office letter No Arrow/
Monitoring/2011 dated 17/01/2013 . Similarly the user IDs for Phase-3 to Phase-5 Post Offices have
also been created and there IDs are ‘po+8digit PO code’ e.g.
for Bhubaneswar GPO the user ID would be
‘po75100100’ and default password is ‘welcome@123’. This
password should be changed by users immediately.
It is, therefore, requested to issue
necessary instructions to all Project Arrow Post offices which are monitored
under ‘Core Operations’ to update the Post office profile, Employees
details etc. and where ‘Look & Feel’ has been
completed, 2-3 good photographs of the Post Office may also be uploaded on the
portal.
The detailed procedure user guidelines
have been explained in the attached User’s operational guide for post office
users. In case, any difficulties are faced by any PO, they can compile the
problems / errors and email to po-ori@indiapost.gov.in
As you are aware, Secretary (Posts) has recently launched the
Project Arrow website and Business Intelligence (BI) tool for Project
Arrow.I am directed to request that , if you have any suggestions or
inputs to
further improve the website and BI tool, kindly share them with Project
Arrow program office for necessary action.
