The SSPOs, Koraput Division vide Memo No: B/G-1/RECTT/2009-10 Dated at Jeypore (K) the 22.07.2011 has issued posting order in favour of the PAs taking training at the three HOs. The same is reproduced hereunder:-
The following outsider candidates selected for appointment in the cadre of Postal Assistant in the scale of Pay Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade pay Rs.2400/- in Koraput Division, after having completed the Pre-Induction Training course at the WTC, HPO Building, Berhampur- 760 001 from 11.07.2011 to 16.07.2011 and now undergoing In-house/On the job training from 18.07.2011 to 23.07.2011, are hereby ordered for appointment provisionally in the cadre of Postal Assistants at the offices as mentioned against their names with immediate effect.
The candidates should clearly understand that the appointment is purely provisional and subject to satisfactory verification of certificates from the Educational Board/ Council concerned and verification of character and antecedents and successful completion of Induction Training. Failure to comply any of the above conditions, their appointment will be terminated forthwith.
The Postmasters/Sub Postmasters are instructed to utilize the service of the newly recruited PAs in back office under effective supervision and not to entrust work in sensitive seats till they complete Induction Training at the PTCs.
In case of inordinate delay in their training the candidates may be entrusted with selective responsibility by the competent authority and their services may be utilized accordingly.
