Dear Comrades,
As per the Madras High Court judgement
dated 30.1.2012 in WP 12805/2011 and the re-verification process done by
the Department it has been again proved that the National Union of
Gramin Dak Sevaks is not eligible for recognition.
Only AIPEDEU is the only union of GDS which is a Recognised Union all over India.
