Sub:- Revised Training/workshop for Mobile Money Transfer Service (
MMTS).
Sir,
I am directed to intimate you that Maverick Mobile will organise a
Training /Wokshop for Mobile Money Transfer Service(MMTS). The
training/wokshop will be carried out different places in your
Regions in different batches. Two session of training/workshop will
be carried out in each day for different batches (i.e. 9.30
to 1 PM & 2 PM to 6 PM) for Postal Assistants and Trainers as
per the programme attached. The detail of Training
programme of date, venue & no of trainees etc are
attached below.
The following officials are required to
attend the workshop/training for the purpose.
1.
One APM and one counter PA dealing with eMO/MPCM from Head Post
Office.
2.
One SPM and one couter PA dealing with eMO/MPCM from Sub Post Office.
3.
SPM from single handed SO
4.
Two nominated trainers from each Division of the Regions in addition to
above for carrying out the training to further Postal Assistants in Regions.
(Concerned ASP/Inspector/System Manager should also
attend the workshop)
The
following equipments may be arranged at each venue for the training.
1.
Projector with Screen
2.
Black Board/White Board along with markers.
The customized Mobile Handsets installed with Mobile
Money Transfer application will be given to each Postal Assistant of the
identified Postal locations after the training. Theses customized Mobile
Handsets have already been dispatched to concerned Regional
Offices and requested you to accepts the stocks and
keep it secured till the date of training and handover the stocks to Training
Team from Maverick Mobile.
A copy of SOP(Standard Operational Procedure)
regarding MMTS have already been forwarded in earlier e
mail for reference. The same copy of SOP must be forward to
all concern Divisions with instructions that the Hard copy of SOP should
be distributed to all Postal Assistants before coming for the training.
It must be ensured that there should be cent
percent attendance in the training to make it effective.
This
may be treated with ‘Top Priority’.
