The
following Postal Assistants of Odisha Circle have been approved for
promotion to the cadre of LSG A/Cs in Postal Wing on regular basis by
the Departmental Promotion Committee in the scale of pay of 5200-20200 in (PB-I) with Grade Pay of 2800/- from the date of assumption of charge and allotted to the regions as mentioned against their names.

respect of the official allotted to the region depending on the
availability of vacancy against norm based vacant LSG A/Cs post.

The officials should join in their new place of posting within one month from the date of issue of posting order failing
which it will be presumed that the officials have declined the
promotion. Declinations, if any, submitted by the officials should be
forwarded to C.O. by 22.10.2013 positively.
The
officials may exercise their option choosing the date of fixation of
their pay under FR-22(1) (a) (i) within a month from the date of
promotion. The officials already given financial upgradation under MACPs
scheme are not eligible for benefit of fixation of pay by virtue of
their promotion.
Before
giving promotion to the approved officials it should be ensured that no
disciplinary/vigilance case is pending or current against them .
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned in due course.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
