The purpose of the
selection is to finalize the Circle Table Tennis Team to participate in the All
India Postal Tournament if necessary.
All the above officials may be relieved in time with instruction to
report the undersigned on 06.11.2013 at 09.00 a.m. In case any official is unable
to attend the selection, he must intimate the reasons through proper channel to
the AD(Sports), O/o the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar before
commencement of the selection, so that the arrangement for selection will be
made accordingly.
All the above
officials are granted one Special CL on 06.11.2013 plus actual journey time on
individual application.
Accommodations for
outstation participants are made available at K.Ch.Dev.Pathagarh M.G. Road, Jeypore. Outside
participants may contact Sri P.Suresh Kumar (Contact No. 9437123600) for
accomodation.
All the players should note that
TA and DA will be paid (on production of ticket) through shortest route to the
players who will get chance in the Circle Table Tennis Team.
