on the basis of Department of Posts Multi Tasking Staff recruitment rules,2010.
I am directed to request you
to refer this office letter no.RE/30-13/75(Rlg) Corr, dtd.2.2.2011 in which
detailed ruling on selection of M.T.S. was forwarded for taking necessary
action at your end as per the vacancies submitted by you for the year 2009 and
2010.
Now, the consolidated
information showing the position of vacancies in MTS cadre for the year 2011
and 2012 is enclosed. These are based on the information supplied by your unit.
Any discrepancy, if detected, may please
be intimated to this office immediately.
Except direct recruitment
quota vacancies, action for filling up of the 50% vacancies by Direct Recruitment from amongst the GDS on the basis of
selection-cum-seniority and 25% vacancies by appointment of casual labourers on
the basis of selection-cum-seniority may please be taken at your end. Composition
of the DPC for selection of M.T.S. will remain same as circulated earlier vide
C.O. letter No.RE/30-13/75(Rlg) Corr, dtd.5.5.2011 and RE/30-13/2011,
dtd.1.11.2011 and 24.02.2012. Vacancies earmarked for CRC & Sports quota will be filled up
at Circle Office level.
Action taken at your end to
fill up the concerned vacancies through DPC may please be intimated to this
office at the earliest.
