With reference to Divisional
Office letter No.B2/AIPEU-4 dtd. 3.4.2013, the following agendas are submitted for
discussion in the monthly meeting which is to be held on 18.4.2013.
NEW
AGENDAS:
1. Action is requested for
de-quaterisation of dilapidated and damaged SPM residence attached to the POs.
(Ex: Anchalgumma S.O., Dongerbheja S.O., Jolaput S.O., Kodinga S.O., Lachipeta
S.O., Nabarangpur MDG, Saradhapalli S.O., Tentulikhunti S.O., Koraput R.S.
S.O., Padwa S.O., Semiliguda S.O., Gudari S.O.)
2. Action is requested for
shifting of dilapidated and unsuitable PO buildings. (Ex: B D Pur S.O.,
Dongerbheja S.O., Lachipeta S.O., Saradhapalli S.O., Ambaguda S.O., Padwa S.O.,
Semiliguda S.O., Gudari SO, Rayagada SF SO etc.)
3. Action is requested for AMC for
all computers and peripherals including Gensets/Generators installed in all the
post offices of Koraput Dn.
4. Action is requested for early
sanction of pending huge nos. of TA/Medical/OSA/CEA/OT/PLI/RPLI
incentives/commission Bills.
5. Action is requested for early
completion of flooring work of Jeypore H.O. as well as front side of Main Gate
(Parking of outside vehicle preventing staff vehicles to get inside, entrance
road for employees of Divisional Office / H.O.)
6. Action is requested for early
sanction of pending huge nos. of cash conveyance bills and issuing of
guidelines / norms for cash conveyance to SOs/BOs by the SPMs/BPMs.
7. Action is requested for early
sanction of huge nos. of pending leave cases.
8. Discouragement of staff by statutory penalty by the administration for petty/silly reasons
causing discouragement to procure business.
9. Action is requested for
returning of staff deputed from Jeypore(K) H.O. to various POs for months
together for smooth functioning of Jeypore(K) H.O.
10. Action is requested for
deputation of staff in rotational manner to the single-handed offices.
11. Action is requested for
non-relieving of union representatives to attend
various union meetings even if they are granted special C.L. by the highest
competent authority - disobey of orders by the divisional administration.
10. Action
is requested to stop conducting Meetings / Melas on Sunday
/ Holidays.
11. Action is requested for
issue an order to sanctioning HRA in lieu of rent free accommodation of the POs
with out quarter Ex: Jeypore HO and it’s SOs.
12. Action is requested
for supply Pad inks/Lakha to all HOs/SOs
and BOs as the product is not available in local market.
13. Action is requested for
supply of sufficient computer papers as 100% printed forms are wave out for day
to day work and also non supply by the PSD any type of forms to POs.
14. Action is requested for
supply of furniture’s to HOs and needy offices like “C” class offices.
It is requested to make
relieving arrangements for the below mentioned union representatives to attend
the monthly union meeting.
