The monthly union meeting for the month of April, 2013 will be held on 18.4.2013 and 19.4.2013. The agenda is published hereunder.

Sub:       Submission of new agenda for the monthly union meeting for the month of Apr, 2013.

Sir,

With reference to Divnl. Office letter No.B2/AIPEU-4 dtd. 3.4.2013, the following agendas are submitted for discussion in the monthly meeting which is to be held on 18.4.2013.

NEW AGENDAS:

01.   Action is requested for prompt sanction of pending Speed post incentive at D.O.

02.   Action is requested for early drawl of Cycle maintenance allowances (including arrear) & Washing allowances as per 6^th pay commission. Case of Rayagada H.O. & Koraput H.O.

03.   Action is requested for supply of uniform to all eligible staff of Koraput Division.

04.   Action is requested for prompt supply of Chair / Table for use at Malkangiri MDG for postmen staff.

05.   Action is requested for supply of Cap/ Bottle/ Bag to Postman & O/S Mail staff.

06.   Action is requested for arrangement of Daily Wages at Project arrow offices in short leave vacancies for 100% delivery as per guidelines issued by Dept. of Posts.

07.   Action is requested for filling up of all vacant Group-D posts.

08.   Action is requested for refund of excess recovered SLF to the staff stationed at Sunabeda.

09.   Action is requested for early clearance of pending TA/Medical/OSA/CEA/OT Bills.

10.   Action is requested for creation/redeployment of one Postman post at Umerkote LSG S.O.

11.   Action is requested to start pending repairing work of Jeypore HO. (Mail Section)

12.   Action is requested for fill up of Group-D Post at Jeypore(K) HO and Divisional Office.

It is requested to make relieving arrangements for the below mentioned union representatives to attend the monthly union meeting.

2.       Prabhat Kumar Mahapatra, O/S Mails, Nabarangpur Sub Dn.
