Sub:- Holding of meeting of Heads of Division and Other Unit Heads on 19.04.2013 (Friday) at BSNL Conference Room (at 2nd Floor of Chief PMG Building) at 10:30 hrs.
I am directed to intimate
that a meeting of Heads of Division/ Unit Heads of Odisha Circle has
been scheduled to be held at BSNL Conference Room(at 2nd Floor of Chief PMG Building) on 19.04.13 (Friday) at 10:30 hrs. The meeting will be presided over by the Chief PMG, Odisha Circle, Bhubaneswar.
Agenda for discussion:-
(i) Discussion on issues indicated in HOC Conference held in New Delhi on 8th – 9th April’2013.
(ii) Fixing of Annual Revenue Target for BD, Non-BD,POSB/CC,PLI/RPLI, etc.
(iii) Discussion on Target Achievement in 2012-13.
(iv) Issues related to MNOP,R-Net, Speed Net, UIDAI, RGI, Project Arrow.
(v) Discussion on target achievement in GDS recruitment.
(vi) Issues related to Material Management and formulation of action plan for 2013-14.
(vii) Recognition of best performance and prize distribution.
Therefore,
it is requested that all concerned should attend the meeting in time
without fail with information pertaining to the issues as mentioned
above for discussion and effective decision in the meeting.
All
Group Officers should submit agendas i/r/o the section under their
control for discussion in the meeting on or before 17.04.2013 by 17:00
hrs positively to AD(BD) so as to prepare a consolidated agenda for
discussion in the meeting.
