N.B.:
1.
Month wise target may be fixed on procurement of PLI/RPLI proposals and
collection of premium.
2.
Both the ROs are requested to distribute the Premium Income target among all
Divisions and submit a copy to this office for record.
3.
I am further directed to request that all should try their best to achieve the
quarterly target without fail till end of the each quarter i.e June, 2013,
September-2013, December-2013 & March-2014.
4.
The business target may be allotted to the RMS Divisions and PSD/CSD by the
concerned divisions, under intimation to this office for effective monitoring.
5.
Individual effective business targets to each of the PLI/RPLI Direct Agents/DOs/FOs/GDS/Departmental
Agents be allotted and a copy be submitted to CO for record. This should be
done in terms of number of high value policies/sum assured/premium income on
monthly monitoring basis.
