The following agendas are submitted for discussion in the monthly meeting to be held during Dec, 2011.

NEW AGENDAS:

1.       It is requested to supply all the circulars/notifications/new schemes/revised procedures on various rulings/products issued from Divisional Office to the Divisional Secretaries of this union.

2.       Payment of NREGS wage amounts at SOs and BOs and cash conveyance from PO to another (Discussion).

3.       Action is requested for early sanction of Children Education Allowance.

4.       Action is requested for early sanction of pending TA Bills.

5.       Action is requested for early sanction of Medical Bills.

6.       Action is requested for early sanction of pending OT bills.

7.       Action is requested for early sanction of PLI Incentive Bills.

It is requested to make relieving arrangements for the below mentioned union representatives to attend the monthly union meeting.
