Sub:        Submission of new agenda for the monthly union meeting for the month of Dec, 2011. 

Sir,

The following agendas are submitted for discussion in the monthly meeting to be held during Dec, 2011.  

NEW AGENDAS:

1.       Action is requested for deducting of licence fee of Sunabeda quarter as per Central govt. rule not per as the will of HAL authority (Recovery of standard licence fee for the quarter allotted to the staff at company station HAL etc. under FRSE not at the rate charged by the HAL authority. 

2.       Action is requested for restoration of abolished post of sorting Postman of Jeypore(K) HO and posting of official. 

It is requested to make relieving arrangements for the below mentioned union representatives to attend the monthly union meeting. 

1.       Nilambar Naik, O/S mails, Koraput Sub-Division, Koraput.

2.       Prabhat Kumar Mohapatra, Postman, Nabarangpur MDG.

3.       Rabi Hota, Postman, Koraput HO.
