The officials so promoted will be on probation for a period of two years from
the date of assumption of charge. They will be imparted induction training at
PTC and field training in due course. They may exercise their option choosing
the date of fixation of pay under FR 22(1)(a)(1) within a month from date of
assumption of charge.
The concerned Divisional Heads should ensure that no disciplinary / vigilance
case is pending or any punishment current against the officials before their
relief on promotion. If any of the official is now officiating in higher cadre,
he may be first reverted to his parent cadre before giving effect to this
order.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned in
due course.
