examination of the matter by the Directorate

This
is to inform that as per orders issued by the Directorate vide their letter
No.14-03/2012-PAP dated 18.06.2013 the
matter regarding revision of cash conveyance allowance payable to the GDS BPMs
on account of remittance of cash to their Accounts Offices is under examination at the Directorate level for
which the following information is required urgently.
“Average
number of trips presently being made by GDS BPMs for conveyance of cash to the Accounts
Office and financial implications involved based on such number of trips made”
Hence,
it is requested to kindly furnish the above required information in respect of
your Division by e-Mail latest by 1st July 2013
positively for onward submission to the Directorate.
