Respected Sir,
During the course of discussion, it was made clear by our Hon’ble PMG that the pending bills would be sanctioned without availability of funds. But, the divisional heads are not sanctioning the bills on the plea of scarcity of funds, even after receipt of crystal clear orders from RO. It has been further intimated that the medical bills which have been approved by RO are lying pending in the divisions without making payment to the officials.
On the circumstances, it is requested to kindly bestow kind attention to the particular issue and to kindly intervene for disposal of pending TA/Medical bills in the divisions at the earliest time possible for fulfilling the assurances given to the union.

This circle union wants to draw the kind
attention to the reply given in the minutes of Bi-monthly meeting held on
09-04-2013 against the item no 02-04/2012 (old items) that “action will be
taken to clear the pending TA/Medical bills of concerned divisions within
May-2013”. After release of the minutes to all concerns and after issuance of
specific orders in this connection to the divisional heads with a reminder
also, not a single pending TA/Medical bill in the divisions has yet been
sanctioned and thus causes a concern.
