This is for your kind information that above this letter nos. I have informed earlier regarding the problems of this office which are very critical and serious matters.


Today at 9 AM ,I opened our office .It has been tracked that the entire office floors,side walls are submerged with rainy water due to heavy rains during the last night and today as well. I go to start the Server,but it has not been started.So I met the local electrician. As per his sayings the electrification of this office has not been functioning due to short-circuit.So I am unable to continue the office work.So I request you kindly to visit this office and watch in which condition we are working.And also please direct System administrator of Rayagada (K) HO to rectify the computer problems Finally I request my honour kindly solve the problems immediately for the smooth functioning of this office.
