Sub: Arrangement against vacant post of Inspector
of Posts, IP(Planning), O/o the PMG, Berhampur Region.
The
post of IPO(Planning) is lying vacant in this office. It is decided to fill up the said post on
temporary, adhoc and officiating basis for a period of 11 (Eleven) months or
until approved official of IPO cadre is made available whichever is
earlier. He will also look after the
monitoring works in addition to his usual duties. The willing Postal Assistants who are
eligible to appear the IPO examination may apply for the post.
I am therefore directed to intimate that applications
in the enclosed proforma may be obtained from the intending officials and sent
to this office duly verified alongwith up-to-date CR and special reports so as
to reach this office by 28.10.2013.
