C.O. vide Letter No.EST/1-132/2013 dated at Bhubaneswar the 18.10.2013 has asked for views /comments on Posting
of one clerical staff with each Sub-Divisional Head.
This
is in
continuation to this office letter of even number dated 15.10.2013
regarding Posting of one clerical staff with each Sub-Divisional Head.
The
issue was come up for discussion in the Heads of Circles conference held
on
08-09 April, 2013 at New Delhi.
Some
of the Heads of Circles were of the opinion that alternative arrangements have
to be made by the concerned Circles for utilization of existing staff or by
outsourcing of personnel for this purpose.
Therefore
I am directed to request you to submit your views/comments on the issue immediately for report to Directorate.
This
may kindly be treated as most urgent.
